IMPORTANT: Except for political parties, no person, political committee, or committee of continuous existence may make contributions in excess of $500 per election to any candidate for election or retention in office. Campaign donations are limited to $500 from any one person per election and the contribution must be received within the timeframe applicable to each election. The primary and general elections are separate elections.
